Recently, Avi and Aaron Manoucheri launched the Florida office out of Miami Beach. The Manoucheri Family now has 3 central offices in Los Angeles, New York and Miami with over 60 properties valued at over $1.5 Billion in AUM. Avi Manoucheri started as an Acquisitions Analyst responsible for sourcing and analyzing real estate investment opportunities for Universe Holdings in Los Angeles, California. He has been raised in a Real Estate family and has been involved in the business working from his early teens in leasing, construction and property management roles. Avi’s career track evolved quickly to becoming Head of Acquisitions for the LA Office acquiring on average 400 to 500 units a year. Avi spent 5 years working in NY and 5 years working in LA. He holds a graduate degree in Real Estate Finance from New York University (NYU) Shack Institute of Real Estate (2018) and a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Touro College, (Magna Cum Laude). Avi is focused on growth, acquisitions and market expansion.
